How do we move from vision to reality in shaping the future of housing? AIA Seattle’s 2025 Housing Design Forum, Transformative Housing: From Policy to Practice, will examine timely housing opportunities and explore how we can continue laying the groundwork for meaningful change and a future of abundant, high-quality, diverse, and sustainable housing options in Seattle and beyond. The forum will take a critical yet hopeful look at what’s working, what’s not, and what’s next for housing policy and design. Join us June 16 at 415 Westlake in Seattle.

As healthcare facilities work toward a more sustainable future, the adoption of clean energy and resilient design presents both opportunities and challenges. Sustainable Horizons: Advancing Healthcare Design for a Greener Future will explore how healthcare systems can integrate sustainability while balancing operational demands, financial constraints, and regulatory requirements. Through expert insights and real-world case studies, we’ll examine the technologies, policies, and strategies driving greener, more efficient healthcare environments.
