2023 Honor Awards Live Event
LIVE EVENT November 6 at Town Hall Seattle The Honor Awards for Washington Architecture is AIA Seattle’s annual marquee program, drawing hundreds of attendees to a lecture-style event of unique rigor and breadth. SIAF: A River of Ideas-How My Childhood Helped Shape My Design Thinking
Kun Lim draws inspiration growing up at a bio-climatic inspired house in a farming village in Malaysia built by his father. Those experiences, together with the design principles he acquired as an architecture student at the University of Houston, influenced how he tackled all his architecture, urban design, and town planning work in places as far ranging as the United States, China, India, Indonesia, Sri Lanka and Malaysia.
