Code Transition – House Rules: 2015 Residential & Energy Code Update
The 2015 Seattle Residential Code and Seattle Energy Code will go into effect on January 1, 2017, and will implement several important changes. This session will focus entirely on code applicable to single-family, duplex and townhouse projects.
