TECTONICS is seeking an Architect / Project Manager for our Seattle office. We are a small A-E design firm working on a variety of new and renovation projects mostly in the public sector, including childcare and early education facilities, training facilities, dormitories, courthouses, offices, and secure facilities. Good design, analytical, verbal and organizational skills required. Must have proven excellent written and communication skills.
Candidates must have production/design experience in preparation and layout of architectural construction documents and be able to coordinate the work of a multi-disciplined team throughout the design development and contract document phases of a project.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. Minimum of eight years of experience (public projects experience preferred). Registered Architect in any US states. REVIT and AutoCAD experience required. Strong knowledge of codes and good planning skills. Plus-up: Excellent written and communication skills.
