As one of the first 20 employees to join MG2, I quickly rose from Project Manager to CEO and Chairman of the Board by expanding the firm’s approach to the practice of architecture. I help people build meaningful connections between their capabilities and an organization’s goals. This ability, along with his unfaltering candor, cultivates a winning culture founded on the right people, strategies, and client commitment.

Years ago, I shifted from being directly engaged in project architecture to leading the business side of the practice. This shift helped me discover my passion in supporting the skill development of architects and furthering their ability to create great results and impact in the work they do for our clients and in our communities. Realizing those moments have been the most fulfilling part of my career

One project at MG2 that I am really excited about is the near completion of the Costco Corporate Headquarters Building in Issaquah. Our team is doing an amazing job on this project and has really created a transformative space for our client that interconnects with their existing campus buildings.
The field is on the threshold of significant change. This change is driven by the advancement of technology and how it can facilitate a more progressive path in the practice. I am eager to see how this technology allows us to have an even bigger impact on smart development and how it will facilitate positive advancements in our built environment and communities.
