Runberg Architecture Group is seeking a collaborative, design-focused Project Architect or Project Designer with professional experience on mixed-use or multifamily projects.

What You Bring

  • Passion for bringing thoughtful, sustainable design to multifamily and mixed-use projects.
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design ideas in a variety of media, including hand sketches and various digital tools.
  • Ability to develop those design ideas from conception to thoroughly coordinated construction documents.
  • Self-motivation, problem-solving ability, and clear team communication.
  • Collaborative approach with curiosity, humility, and respect for diverse perspectives.
  • An accredited degree in architecture (B Arch or M Arch). Architectural licensure is not required for this position but motivation to pursue licensure is encouraged and supported by the firm.
