Patricia Brennan Architects, located in Wallingford, is a small energetic office providing excellent benefits. We are an award-winning WBE firm known for our close collaboration with clients during all phases of design and construction.
We are looking for a thoughtful, creative individual to join our team who is versatile, energetic, warm, concept-driven and technically skilled with diverse interests. Individual will be working closely with the principal and clients on all phases of planning and design.
Qualifications and skills include:
• Master’s degree in architecture and a minimum of seven to ten (7-10) years experience
• Great communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team
• Strong technical ability and experience in all phases of design and construction
• Working knowledge of local building, zoning and energy codes
• Experience in wood-frame construction and detailing
• Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Strong design and problem solving skills
• Hand sketching, design, graphic and computer skills (AutoCad, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Word and Excel)
