Project Architect / Project Manager (7–10 Years Experience)

The Role
We are seeking a licensed Project Architect / Project Manager with 7–10 years of experience to lead the delivery of medium- to large-scale multifamily and mixed-use projects. This role requires a balance of design sensitivity, technical expertise, and strong project management skills—from early design through construction administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project teams through all phases of design and documentation
- Manage project scope, schedule, and deliverables to meet client and firm expectations
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders
- Oversee coordination of consultant teams and internal production staff
- Ensure quality control and technical accuracy across all project documents
- Mentor and support emerging professionals within the studio
- Contribute to a collaborative, solution-oriented team environment
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of professional architectural experience
- Licensed Architect (or actively pursuing licensure)
- Experience leading multifamily and/or mixed-use projects of moderate to large scale
- Professional degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
Required Skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and lead multidisciplinary teams
- Strong understanding of construction systems, codes, and documentation standards
- Advanced proficiency in Revit
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience with client presentations and stakeholder engagement
- Familiarity with additional visualization and graphic tools
- Interest in sustainable design strategies and urban infill development
