In order to participate in the AIA Seattle job board, the job posting must comply with Washington State Labor and Industries standards for job posting requirements, and must include wage scale or salary range. The State of Washington requires compliance for all employers with 15 or more employees, and AIA Seattle requires postings adhere regardless of number of employees as a best practice for the profession.
