We are looking for someone to help us with all aspects of project design and delivery. The ideal candidate would have strong design and communication skills, be comfortable working on multiple projects at once, have an eye for detail and organization, and be on the path to architectural registration.  We are especially interested in hearing from candidates who have interest in historic preservation projects.

·       Accredited degree in architecture and minimum 3 years experience.
·       Driver’s license, ability, and willingness to drive.
·       Knowledge and experience working with local building code, IBC, IRC, ADA, zoning, and other applicable laws.
·       Understanding of architectural construction detailing.
·       Understanding of project budgeting and scheduling.
·       Either Registration with the Architects Registration Board or actively working toward registration, enrollment in NCARB and the AIA as a member or Associate member.
·       Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe products, CAD applications (ArchiCAD) and other typical office software.

·       Provide design and documentation in ArchiCad for support on multiple projects concurrently.
·       Assist with project development from pre-design through completion.
·       Coordinate with all disciplines of the project team.
·       Understand how to prepare a construction document set that meets the requirements of local building code, IBC, IRC, ADA, zoning, and any other applicable laws.
·       Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and specialists, and make site visits to observe project progress at intervals as dictated by project requirements.
·       Provide support for administration and marketing needs.
·       Some support with historic resources reports may be required.
·       Work from our Seattle office 3 days per week or more. (working remotely when not in the office).

·       Salary DOE. (60-75k)
