INNOVA Architects is seeking a full-time Project Architect to work on federal design projects with the Department of Defense and other local government agencies. To be considered, candidates must be licensed and have extensive experience and capability working on project design as a whole. The applicant must have 10 years’ experience in architecture design for buildings.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing projects, compiling construction documents, plans and specifications, and experience in REVIT.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Professional Degree in Architecture – required
· Licensed as a WA state architect – required
· Majority of candidate’s experience must be in public projects (ex: Federal government, state, county, parks, Housing Authorities, Ports, etc.) – required
· 10 years’ experience in all architectural design Programming through Closeout.
· Proficient with codes and jurisdictional requirements.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills – both internally and externally.
· Organized, detail-oriented, self-starter, and team asset.
· NCARB, LEED AP, and/or BCA accreditation a plus
