Floisand Studio is looking for a full-time architectural staff with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. You’ll collaborate closely with firm principals to design and, over time, manage projects from pre-design through construction. As a close-knit firm, the ideal candidate will be team-oriented, possess excellent design skills, be willing to contribute to all aspects of the design process, as well as support the growth of the firm.

The ideal candidate will be creative and have the following qualifications:
· Advanced to expert proficiency with Revit and rendering software (such as Enscape) and the ability to develop and maintain 3D models at all stages of design
· A professional degree in architecture
· 3+ years of post-graduate experience working in the field
· Excellent attention detail
· Excellent design and communication skills: graphic, verbal and written
· Proactive mindset and the ability to switch between projects in different stages of development
