WID: Tour – Solis Multifamily Passive House
A guided tour of the Solis Condominiums. As a first of its kind building in Seattle, SOLIS aims to use 80% less energy than a typical multifamily building for heating and cooling. The residential portion of the building is pursuing the rigorous PHIUS+ passive building energy certification standard by the Passive House Institute US. Read more
