Culture Change in Practice Mixer
The Racial Justice Working Group is pleased to host the first Culture Change in Practice Mixer on Tuesday, August 15, 5:30-7:30pm at The Miller Hull Partnership! We invite past Culture Change cohort participants and prospective Culture Change cohort participants to join us for an evening of connection, reflection, and change-making.
Culture Change in Practice is a four-part, peer-based learning program designed by a team of architects and allied professionals to specifically provide architecture and allied firms of all sizes the tools and community to meet the explicit goals and metrics laid out in NOMA NW’s Call-to-Action. Over the past two years, we’ve brought together two dedicated cohorts of firm leaders to support firms’ ability to live up to their equity goals and equip leaders to catalyze change in building a more equitable profession and built environment.
The Culture Change in Practice Mixer is an opportunity to:
- Gather 2021 and 2022 cohort participants to connect and share progress
- Engage prospective 2023 cohort participants to learn more about this year’s program and get excited to participate
- Collectively advance our shared goals and influence broader culture change together
