COTE: World Environmental Day Sustainability Slam
In keeping with our tradition of an annual Earth Day Sustainability Slam, AIA COTE is proud to present a slightly belated World Environment Day Sustainability Slam! The event will be held on Wednesday June 8th at 5pm allowing the COTE to have its first in-person event in over two years. We are very excited to connect with you all again.
As with previous years, please send us your pitch for a short ‘Pecha Kucha’ style presentations (maximum 7 minutes and 20 slides) on a sustainability topic of your choosing. The most intriguing and inspiring topics will be selected by JUNE 3rd – DEADLINE EXTENDED. Pitches, abstracts, or presentation drafts can be submitted for review by emailing the COTE@aiaseattle.temp312.kinsta.cloud.
This live, in-person program is presented by AIA Seattle’s Committee On the Environment. To continue to produce safe, inclusive events for the diverse needs of our members and broader community, we require proof of vaccination or a negative PCR COVID-19 test within 48 hours of the program. Acceptable proof includes a physical copy, photo of your vaccination card or test, and/or myIR.net verification. Additionally, when not eating or drinking, please remain masked at all times.
