Project Architect
Experienced Project Architect to lead a variety of projects including civic buildings, offices, retail and residential.
You will have a direct impact on project design and management and enjoy design freedom while leading your projects from start to finish. You will also participate in the growth and development of a small firm with a 45-year history of design excellence. Our team is professional, creative and dedicated to producing high quality designs for our diverse group of clients.
The ideal candidate would have the minimum following qualifications and skills:
· 10+ years full time experience in an architectural office
· Project management experience
· Ability to design and manage a commercial project start to finish
· Ability to create exterior envelope details
· Construction administration experience
· Revit proficiency including modeling and detailing
· Architectural degree
Other desired qualifications and skills:
· Specification writing
· Cost estimating
· Presentation skills
