UDF + COTE: Visions for Downtown Exhibition
AIA Seattle’s Urban Design Forum and the Committee on the Environment invite you to Part 2 of our Visions for Downtown series: the Exhibition!
After Part 1’s energizing Charrette, this month-long exhibition will showcase innovative urban design visions for the future of downtown Seattle with a focus on creating a more sustainable, inclusive, safe, and healthy city. It will feature posters of curated ideas contributed by local architects, designers, thought leaders, activists, and other visionaries. We want this to be a platform for discussion and reflection about what is currently being done, what needs to be done, and how we get there.
This event kicks off during the December 5th First Thursday Art Walk with light food and refreshments at Integrus Architecture’s A Gallery. There will be an opening speaker at 6pm.
In the new year, we will continue with Part 3 of our series where will convene a panel of experts, leaders, and visionaries for an honest conversation about turning ideas into action.
