We are an architecture firm located in downtown Seattle that produces award-winning, modern, high-end residential projects looking for an experienced part-time Office Manager to support the principal and staff architects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide administrative support to Principal and architectural staff
  • Maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Administer employee benefits/reviews and maintain employee files
  • Maintain office standards and guidelines manual
  • Monitor office insurance policies
  • Assist with client invoicing, billing and payment data
  • Update, review and maintain general Outlook calendar and Active Client list
  • Maintain material samples library
  • Oversee and schedule repair/maintenance of office equipment
  • Maintain the office filing systems including storage of archived project files
  • Monitor office supply inventory and order supplies as required
  • Assist with preparation and dissemination of marketing materials
  • Oversee award submittal packages
  • Manage website updates and maintenance
  • Coordinate IT needs with IT consultant
  • Coordinate office maintenance / improvements with vendors

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Independently administer and implement responsibilities
  • Advanced skills in MS Word and Excel
  • Past experience working with architects preferred
