Tiscareno Associates Architecture + Urban Design is an award-winning Seattle architecture and urban design firm creating distinctive mixed-use, multifamily, recreation, and commercial projects throughout the Pacific Northwest. THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a Project Architect / Project Designer who is passionate about design and ready to take on meaningful responsibility. You will work across the project lifecycle—from early design and presentations through construction documents and construction administration—while collaborating with project leaders, principals, clients, consultants, and contractors.
We want our architects to design, solve problems, communicate ideas, and take ownership. Our diverse portfolio provides exposure to different building types, scales, and construction systems, with opportunities to develop your design, technical, and leadership skills.
We believe sustainability is integral to good architecture. Our teams apply sustainable design strategies, resource-conscious approaches, and high-performance building principles to create healthier, more resilient, and environmentally responsible places.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
· 3–10 years of professional architecture experience
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited program
· Strong design sensibility and communication skills
· Proficiency in Revit and familiarity with architectural software
· Strong drawing, documentation, and technical skills
· Understanding of building systems, materials, and construction
· Interest in sustainable design and high-performance building strategies
· Collaborative, organized, and accountable
· Curiosity, initiative, and desire to grow as an architect
· Architectural licensure preferred, but not required

WHAT WE OFFER
· $70,000–$110,000 annual salary, based on experience and qualifications
