Third Place Design Co-operative

We’re looking for a talented Project Manager who is passionate about community based design and/or preservation and wants to participate in an engaging, dynamic team environment.

At third place design co-operative, our approach to Architecture, Preservation, Landscape, and Interiors is deeply rooted in our core values of building meaningful, lasting relationships with people, while designing sustainable communities.

We specialize in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholder groups, and in facilitating the community and sustainable design process.  This collaborative, community-based design approach results in a beautifully integrated design that balances the needs of the client with the needs of the community and the environment.

Setting a precedent, third place design co-operative is the first design co-operative in the State of Washington.  We believe that building thriving communities starts from within, so each co-operative member is empowered with an equal voice and vote.  The result is an invested team of caring and engaged designers who value and support each other, our clients and our community.
