Project Architect / Project Manager
SCR Architects is a growing architecture firm in the Capitol Hill neighborhood in Seattle that works largely in public school architecture while also diversifying into other commercial project types in the western Washington region. We are a full-service design firm where employees are involved on projects from initial design concept all the way through project completion.

Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master of Architecture.
8+ years of architectural work experience
Architecture license preferred.
Ability to maintain control of project scope, manage project schedules, budgets, and client needs.
Experience in documentation of project process including reports and correspondence with outside team members.
Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD required.
High-level of understanding of building systems and building codes.
Understands technical implications of design decisions.
Has an interest in being a hands-on member of a growing team
Experience with complex existing buildings
Ability to travel to project sites
Responsibilities:
Works closely with principals to ensure successful project delivery
Responsible for the accuracy of project documents
Responsible for overall project administration
Excellent leadership skills, mentorship to project staff, and assist with business development
Facilitates client meetings and design presentations
Coordinate with outside consultants and construction teams
