ORA provides innovative design services to community-focused organizations, with emphasis on adaptive transformation of aging facilities. We offer the benefits of a collaborative small firm environment, with opportunity for active involvement from project start through completion on significant public projects. Our designs evolve through open-minded exploration with clients and within our studio, where every voice and perspective is valued. We share an open studio with other small design firms on Capitol Hill. We are an equal opportunity employer, with excellent compensation and benefits. We are currently working remotely, and while we anticipate returning to in-office work over the coming month, we intent to retain some flexibility for continued remote work on a part-time basis.
