Role and Responsibilities

Graham Baba Architects seeks a full-time marketing coordinator to join our team. The marketing coordinator will work with firm leadership, staff, and our marketing strategy consultant to support a broad range of marketing and business development activities.  This role will require in-person collaboration in our Seattle office with some hybrid work from home as allowed by current firm policies.

  • Design and production of marketing materials
  • Coordination and responses to project specific Requests for Proposals and Requests for Qualifications
  • Social media content/posts
  • Maintain and update firm profile on industry/trade websites
  • Project photography coordination
  • Design award research, tracking and submittals.
  • Maintain and update staff resumes and Partner bios
  • Support media and publications communications
  • Maintain firm business development contact list; and prepare various marketing and holiday emails
  • Research and pursuit of speaking/lecture/roundtable opportunities for firm leadership
  • Work closely with Graham Baba’s marketing strategy consultant to develop and implement short and long-term marketing strategies and media campaigns to create and increase brand awareness

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in a marketing, public relations, or graphic design role, preferably for an architecture or similar firm in the architecture/design/engineering/construction environment
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong graphic design skills
  • Experience with writing and content editing in a professional environment
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite & Microsoft Office suite
  • Reside in the Seattle area or willing and able to relocate to Seattle

Other Qualifications of Interest

  • Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in marketing, communications, design, architecture, or a related field
  • Experience with workplan/schedule development and fee proposal estimating
