Knit is a rapidly grown regional firm looking for a full-time Manager of Technologies. Knit is headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada with
offices in Salt Lake City, Utah, Redmond Washington and Moscow, Idaho, looking for a highly motivated individual with experience in
and passion for all things technology.

Primary roles will be to fill the role of BIM/CAD Manager with secondary responsibilities to manage the company wide network,
hardware, and software. The ideal candidate will have a background in Architecture and a deep understanding of the technologies
required to support a wide range of project and team types and sizes.

Within the BIM/CAD Manager roles the position is responsible for providing our experienced team with technological leadership on a
wide range of projects. Revit/CAD managers are key to keeping the firm coordinated and productive. The position will lead be
responsible for maintaining and updating project Templates, families, libraries and provide assistance to our design teams. Additionally,
this position will modify and develop companywide Revit and CAD standards as well as identify and lead training efforts as needed.

Within the Information Technology role, the position will maintain and develop the company wide network as required. The position will
be responsible to keep the company on the leading edge of technology while ensuring seamless work to occur with teams located
across (4) offices and often working remotely. Maintaining and procuring hardware and software will be included in the position’s
responsibilities.

Requirements / Qualifications:
Associate degree or completion of trade school or equivalent formal training
5+ years AEC working experience with at least 3 years in an architecture firm, a must
Ability to encourage and train effectively and tactfully, in-person and via web conference.
Expert with Revit 2020 (2022 preferred)
Expert with BIM360
Extensive knowledge with AutoCAD 2021
Familiarity with AutoCAD/BIM (Revit) programming languages (LISP/VBA/ARX) is a bonus
Familiarity with SketchUp, Navisworks (collision detection), and other 3D software is a plus
Familiarity with Network technologies and platforms (Microsoft)
Familiarity with government agency standards is a plus (OSHPD, DSA, LADBS, etc.)
Experience in electronic file transfers (email, FTP, CD/DVD, Box, DropBox)
Experience with the Microsoft 365
Experience with Program Management and Project collaboration software, such as ProCore, Newforma, and BlueBeam.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to travel between offices intermittently
