Architectural Staff Level III / Senior Architect:
The Architectural Staff Level III / Senior Architect position is essentially an experienced role at our firm that works independently, displaying the critical skills of tracking project planning, timelines, exhibiting excellent communication and complete oversight of consultant management. A Senior Architect will have a deep knowledge of building construction methods and techniques as well as advanced understanding of the applicable codes in the region. Excellent candidates will have at least eight years working as an architect, be familiar with all aspects of project development, current BIM modeling software, and have the ability to resolve complex design problems as they arise.
The position will have the opportunity to oversee the development of a wide variety of building types and planning scenarios from clinical/medical buildings to adaptive reuse to large-scale multifamily projects.
