Floisand Studio is looking for a full-time designer/architect with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. You’ll collaborate closely with the firm’s principals to design and, over time, manage projects from pre-design through construction.
We are a close-knit, collaborative firm, and we’re looking for someone who is team-oriented, proactive, creative, and eager to contribute to all aspects of the design process. The ideal candidate has strong design and communication skills, an excellent eye for detail, and is a quick learner.

Qualifications:
- Advanced to expert proficiency with Revit and rendering software such as Enscape, with the ability to develop and maintain 3D models throughout all stages of design
- A professional degree in architecture
- 2+ years of post-graduate experience working in the field
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong design and communication skills: graphic, verbal and written
- Proactive mindset and the ability to move comfortably between projects at different stages of development
- Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative
- Interest and ability to help develop and maintain the firm’s social media presence, including creating and curating content that communicates our projects, design process and studio culture
- Comfortable working across a variety of visual communication tasks, from project graphics and presentations to photography selection, image editing, and social media content

We offer flexible working hours commensurate with experience along with a competitive salary and benefits package including:
- The salary range for this position is $70,000 – $85,000. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
