Under the mentorship of a licensed architect/project manager, the candidate will work on a variety of small/custom residential projects with a focus on efficiently moving them through design, documentation, permitting and construction. The candidate will also have the opportunity to assist with larger commercial, multi-family, and public architectural works. We always have a mix of project types, such as early learning centers, custom residential work, passive house, multi-family, housing policy consulting, and mixed-use work that require collaboration, creativity, and attention to detail.

Be able to identify, break down, and follow through with the complex requirements for permitting in multiple jurisdictions.
Solid verbal, written, and graphic communication skills
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture from an accredited university is required

Technical skills:

  • Proficient with architectural drafting software, preferably ArchiCAD (Note – we do not use AutoCAD). We will train you, if you don’t have ArchiCAD experience but are ready to learn.
Familiar with Affinity, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
Capable of producing high-quality renderings with Lumion would be a huge plus but not required
