Project Description: The Shoreline House is a 2-story, 2,800 square foot, 3-bedroom home for a family of 4. With a dedicated focus on materials, occupant wellness, and a healthy interior environment, this home is constructed of cross laminated timber. Nestled amongst mature Douglas Firs and despite a compact footprint, the house features beautiful natural light and generous vertical connections, including a multi-story climbing wall that traverses the upper levels.
Time slot 1: 3pm to 4pm with 20-minute tours in groups of 10 people
Time slot 2: 4pm to 5pm with 20-minute tours in groups of 10 people

Transit: 7 minute walk from Rapid Ride E Line stop @ N 155th St
Parking: Extremely limited parking, carpooling is strongly encouraged
Protective Gear Required: Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required to be worn to access the site. There will be NO PPE available to borrow onsite, so participants are required to bring their own: boots, hard hats, vests, eye protection, full length pants.
