AIA Seattle Presents: Federal Center South Tour
Join AIA Seattle Young Architects Forum for the tour of Federal Center South building!
AIA Seattle’s Young Architects Forum is hosting a tour of the GSA’s Federal Center South building designed and built by the design/build team of Sellen Construction and ZGF! The project involved a performance based contract in which 0.5% of the contract value was withheld until the project met energy use standards during its first year of operation. Join this tour to learn about the project’s water, material, and energy saving features from a member of the operations staff. If you have an interest in sustainable design and design/build contracts, this tour is for you!
