The Equitable Bike Ramble
A 2015 Seattle Design Festival event hosted in partnership by AIA Seattle Urban Design Forum & Cascade Bicycle Club.
Seattle is undergoing a massive physical transformation and there are many possible venues to capture fresh ideas to design our urban environment for all. Join us for a bike ride invigorated by real-time, site-specific presentations and discussions about equity in urban design.
Schedule
- 6:00 pm: Convene in Hing Hay Park (423 Maynard Ave S)
- 6:10 pm: Equitable Bike Ramble begins!
- 7:30 pm: Rendezvous at Brave Horse Tavern (310 Terry Ave N)
- 9:00 pm: Evening adjourns
This ride is for all skill levels who are able to join us for a medium paced bike, unicycle, recumbant ride. Please bring your own bike or borrow a bike. All non-bikers and bikers alike are welcome to attend the social after.
