SPARC Home Tour #10: The transformation of an existing residence
A tour of an existing 1950’s home in the Magnolia neighborhood of Seattle with an addition and remodel that is designed by Okano Picard Studio. The project is currently under construction. Led by the general contractor, the tour provides an opportunity for the participants to see how current design and building philosophies and techniques can be applied to older, eixsting homes.

Joey founded Proform in 2007 after working in various capacities in the construction industry specializing in custom residential construction. He leads a team whose work has been featured numerous publications including Design Milk, Contemporist, Houzz, Dwell, Atomic Ranch Magazine, Gray Magazine, Metropolis, Remodelista, Seattle Times Pacific NW Magazine. ProForm was named one of the Top Home Remodelers in Seattle by the Puget Sound Business Journal.
