Smart Answers to Tough Questions
Managing the Q&A, interactive exercises, and group dynamics during project interviews.
Selection panels are expanding the Q&A portion of project interviews and using surprise “paper airplane” exercises to better understand how A/E/C teams work together. These more conversational-focused interviews require a different type of approach than the typical clicking through slide after slide of a formal presentation. Join Scott Johnston, principal at Johnston Training Group to learn how to prepare for and answer challenging questions, manage interactive exercises, and draw out critical information from the panelists during project interviews.
