This month’s Urban Design Forum looks at the status of the HALA (Housing Affordability and Livability Agenda) recommendations, the history and goals of the Grand Bargain, and current efforts underway by the City of Seattle to implement key measures in the HALA report, including upzones and Mandatory Housing Affordability (MHA).
