COTE: Pax Futura Building Tour
Join AIA Seattle’s Committee on the Environment for a tour of Seattle’s first Passive House-certified multifamily development.
Designed by NK Architects and built by Cascade Built, hear from the builders of this unique project about how they brought 32 studio and one-bedroom apartments, and three live-work spaces, to the heart of Columbia City. The architects will provide a presentation on their design process beginning at 4:00pm in the meeting room of the Columbia City Public Library branch – 4721 Rainier Ave S, Seattle, WA 98118. From there, attendees will go to Pax Futura at 3702 S Hudson St, Seattle, WA 98118 for a tour of the project.
