July Agenda:
Mahlum, Walsh Construction, Fast + Epp, PAE and Arup will share development of a prototype system for multi-story mass timber schools that could be deployed around the region. The discussion will focus on architectural flexibility, structural efficiency, driving toward net-zero, acoustical implications and cost effectiveness as compared to traditional construction. The work is part of a USFS Wood Innovations Grant.
