AIA COTE Sustainability Slam

Join AIA Seattle's Committee on the Environment for an informative evening of presentations about sustainability and network with other design professionals.

The Seattle chapter of the AIA Committee on the Environment (COTE) invites you to the upcoming Sustainability Slam on September 24th.  AIA COTE Give people the chance to stand and share their work to the sustainable design community in Seattle.  We want to provide a platform for individuals and firms to share what they are doing and to create a fun social mixer. Doors open at 5:30pm, light food and drink will be provided.  Presentations start at 6:00pm and go till 7:15pm.

  •          6:10 – Kristen Belt, Mithun – Affordable Housing as City Building
  •          6:20 – Ray Villanueva – Philippines Bamboo Workshop
  •          6:30 – Keasa Jones – K.A.C.C. (Kick Ass Community Colleges): Where Buildings Matter
  •          6:45 – Group discussion on what we can do to make things more equitable
  •          7:15 – Networking
