Road to Code | Significant Changes to the ICC/ANSI A117.1 - 2017

This is the third session in the 2022 Road to Code series presented by AIA Seattle’s Code Committee.

Approximately every 6 years, ICC publishes updates for the ICC A117.1 Accessibility Standard. The latest 2017 version contains significant changes to the basic building blocks used in accessible spaces. This presentation will explore the key changes in great detail and how these changes will impact design in public, common use, and multifamily residential spaces.
