2021 AIA NWW / AGC Scholarship Golf Tournament
Join the Northwest Washington Chapter of the American Institute of Architects and the Associated General Contractors of Washington's Northern District as we host the 2021 Scholarship Golf Tournament, presented by Freeland and Associates, Inc.
Have fun golfing as we raise scholarship money to help our local students in the fields of architecture, engineering and construction pave the way to a great career. After 2020’s COVID-hiatus, we are gearing up to bring back our tournament yet again at Avalon Golf Links in Burlington, and registration is now open! Make sure you register early, as this tournament will sell out – we are offering an early bird rate this year of $105, which will increase to $125 after Wednesday, June 30, 2021. Included in your registration is lunch, a bucket of range balls, 18 holes of golf, a delicious dinner and awards program, and some great raffle prizes – don’t miss out!
Check-in begins at 11:00 AM with a shotgun start at 1:00 PM. Tournament format is being planned as a scramble, and while we are optimistic that life will be normal by the end of August, we will be preparing a contingency plan with staggered tee times to limit the size of the gathering at the end of the round. Should the tournament be formatted this way, rest assured that we will still have our usual raffle prizes, goodie bags, and contests to make this day one of the best tournaments around!

This program is presented by AIA Seattle’s Northwest Washington Section, in association with Associated General Contractors of Washington’s Northern District. This in-person event is subject to state of Washington COVID-19 best practices and regulations, and will take place fully outdoors. Guidelines enumerated in the description above will be updated as the event approaches in accordance with the CDC and Washington Department of Health. The program will take place on a course with a paved path throughout to aid in accessibility, with gathering spaces featuring fully accessible restrooms.
