I am a thoughtful and forward‑looking electrical engineer who is driven by understanding how markets evolve, how user needs change, and how design teams can best support owners in achieving high‑performing outcomes. I bring a strong commitment to my clients’ best interests and a practical approach to innovation grounded in technical rigor and collaboration. For more than 12 years, I’ve served clients across the healthcare, aviation, commercial, and civic sectors. My deep technical knowledge, experience with complex facilities, and ability to align multiple stakeholders around effective design solutions set him apart. I particularly value the long‑term relationships I build with clients and project teams through trust, consistency, and shared goals.
I joined AIA Seattle for the sense of community and the opportunity to learn from and engage with others across the design and construction industry. I value the chance to hear what peers are working on, share lessons learned, and contribute to conversations that strengthen our collective practice.
AIA is an organization where we can come together to share across business verticals. Innovations in one vertical can sometimes be applied to other verticals, which makes all of us better.
AIA has been a great place to see old friends and colleagues, as well as meet like-minded people who are passionate about improving the world through buildings.
I mostly work in the Healthcare buildings market for many large hospitals in the Puget Sound Region. Right now, I am helping an Owner keep their 24/7 facility operational while we upgrade their main utility power into their campus.
The people I work with. Leading and learning alongside a team of nearly 30 professionals continually challenges me to grow as a leader and engineer, and to foster an environment where curiosity, collaboration, and shared success are valued.
Design can absolutely make a difference, but only when it is paired with execution, accountability, and investment. It’s the combination of good ideas and follow‑through that leads to real, measurable change.
The community has played an important role in my professional growth by embracing EBD and supporting our work as we’ve grown. Through trusted relationships, collaboration, and shared learning, the community has provided opportunities to contribute, learn from others, and build long‑term partnerships that continue to shape how we practice.
