Owner-Architect Contracts for Smaller Projects
The presenters and the attendees will discuss whether/why it is important to use written agreements between client and architect for residential and smaller commercial projects. We will discuss subjects that should always be covered in written agreements. We will also discuss letter-format agreements vs. manuscript agreements vs. AIA form agreements.

If you are not pre-registered for the course by the deadline, members must self-report credits for the course. Day-of registration will not be processed.
