We specialize in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholder groups, and in facilitating the community and sustainable design process. Responsibilities:
Overall project management responsibilities for a variety of projects and teams include client contact and consultant coordination from Preliminary Design through Construction Administration phases.
Minimum Qualifications:
Professional degree in Architecture
Washington State Licensed Architect with 7+ years experience strongly preferred
Demonstrable Project Management Experience
Experience in multi-family Type V and Type I construction detailing
Excellent organizational skills
A ‘can-do’ work attitude
Self-motivated
Ability to work autonomously
Ability to oversee and organize team members
Proficiency in Scheduling, identifying key milestones and developing work flows to implement those timelines
Proficiency with AutoCAD, or Revit
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Have an interest in growing with the firm and in being a member of the co-operative
Technical expertise in Type V and Type I construction
Proficiency with Vectorworks
Proficiency with SketchUp, or similar 3D modeling and rendering program
Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
Proficiency in City of Seattle Permitting
Compensation: 70K – 82K DOE
