Architectural Specifications Writer

We are currently seeking a full time Architectural Specifications Writer with the following desired qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• Min 5 years of experience in the architecture field + 5 years of experience writing specifications
• Understanding of the selection and integration of building systems
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and methods, and building codes
• Understanding of all aspects and phases of the architectural production process
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and independently
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to organize and work on multiple projects at once
• Effective time management
• Hard-working and positive attitude
