TCF is an award-winning firm with significant Educational, Civic, Industrial/Maintenance, Transportation, and Administrative Facility projects. As a medium sized firm of 47, we offer a wide range of opportunities for those seeking professional development. Our use of VR, 3D printing, and laser cutting influences our design process and work flow allowing us to rapidly test ideas as well as create compelling presentations for our clients.
We are currently seeking Job Captain and Project Architects with minimum 5 years of experience in an Architectural office.
Position Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates knowledge of construction materials and methods and building codes.
- Effective time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines.
- Ability to work as a collaborative team member.
- Communicates effectively with the team both written and verbally.
- Contributes to the development of the construction documents with periodic supervision by project leadership.
- Develop construction details and research architectural materials and systems.
Desired Qualifications and Skills:
- Professional Architectural Degree.
- Professional Licensure is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
- Understanding of all aspects and phases of the architectural process.
- Demonstrates proficiency in Revit.
- Dedication to high quality architectural design.
- Creative thinker & growth minded.
- Hard-working and positive attitude.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Effective time management.
