The company performs roles as owner, developer, in-house designer, self-performing general contractor, and property manager for our own projects. With lateral collaboration between in-house design and construction teams, we apply a “master builder” philosophy to projects. Our mission is to redefine urban development by creating architecturally dynamic, community enhancing projects that exemplify simplicity in design and construction.

Over the years, we have completed six high-rise residential projects in downtown Bellevue. The current project under design/construction is a 23 story (two towers over a shared podium), 352 units, mixed-use apartment community in Yesler Terrace neighborhood.
