Su Development

About the Company

Founded in 1981, Su Development is a self-reliant, fully integrated design-build company based in the Puget Sound area. As a multi-faceted firm, we serve as owner, developer, in-house designer, general contractor, and property manager for our own projects. We adopt a “master builder” approach that ensures seamless collaboration between our in-house design and construction teams. We design and manufacture our own window wall and exterior cladding systems, as well as many other self-perform work. Our mission is to transform urban development through the creation of architecturally innovative, community-focused projects that embody simplicity in design and construction.

Over the years, we have successfully completed six high-rise residential projects in downtown Bellevue. Currently, we are working on a project in the Yesler Terrace neighborhood, which consists of a 23-story mixed-use apartment community with twin towers rising above a shared podium, encompassing 352 units.
