Project Architect

We are seeking a self-motivated, disciplined Project Architect to join our team, with at least 6 years of experience, including some experience in the multifamily market.
You provide:
- A passion for sustainable, mixed-use, and multi-family residential design.
- Proven experience in design and documentation of large housing projects of construction Types IA, IIIA, VA.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High-quality design and construction documentation skills.
- Mixed-use Construction Administration experience.
- An enthusiasm for teamwork supported by effective leadership skills.

Requirements:
Qualified candidates will have an accredited degree in architecture (B Arch or M Arch). Architectural licensure is strongly preferred; candidates who are actively pursuing registration are encouraged to apply as well.
Compensation:
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. The estimated range for a Level 2 Project Architect is $80,000 – $100,000 annually, based on a 40 hour work week.
