DESIGN PROFESSIONAL

RRA Architecture is seeking talented and enthusiastic design professionals to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience, an adaptable range of knowledge and skills, and a strong desire to contribute to a collaborative work environment. In addition to architectural generalists, we are looking for emerging professionals with landscape and interior design backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in project development from conceptual design through completion
• Create drawings, models, renderings, and presentations
• Develop high-quality construction documents (with support from senior staff)
• Participate in site visits, as-built documentation, and construction administration
• Communicate with clients, consultants, and contractors

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of full-time experience in architectural practice
• BArch or MArch degree from an accredited university preferred
• Attention to detail and a passion for design
• Excellent representation, communication, and collaboration skills
• Consistent organization and time-management
• Strong proficiency in Revit + Enscape
• Ideally skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and Sketchup
• Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials
