Project Architect/Project Manager

Who we would like to meet:

Professionals who have at least 5 years of experience working on High-Rise and Mixed-Use Multifamily Buildings.

Experience and Responsibilities:

• Experience in all phases of architecture from concept to contract administration
• Knowledge of building detailing, components, and materials
• Literacy in building and zoning code
• Strong sense of ownership of all work
• Coordination with owners, consultants and contractors
• Project Documentation and Graphics
• Mentor less experienced staff, as well as learn from them
• Implement and improve office wide systems

Minimum Requirements:

• Demonstrated expertise in Revit (preferred 5 years of experience)
• Experience in industry standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, and Bluebeam
• Positive attitude
• Flourishes in a team environment as a team player

Preferred skills:

• Construction Administration experience on a Mixed-Use or High-Rise project
• Proficiency with Architectural project management software (preferably Newforma)
• Experience with Deltek
