Perkins Eastman’s Seattle office is a specialized studio within a global practice of 24 studios in North America, and 4 international offices. In all of our projects, our ethos is HUMAN BY DESIGN; a commitment to designs which respond to people; our clients and the users who experience them. We value intellectual curiosity, an eagerness to engage with others and the willingness to contribute to a healthy, vital workplace culture. In Seattle, we have well-established practices in multifamily residential, TOD, transit infrastructure, bridges, urban design and planning.

Our integrated team advises our clients on how to achieve the highest quality civic infrastructure – from the bridges and transit systems that connect us, to the communities, buildings and spaces that sustain our social well-being.
