Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant professional / industry experience, preferably in B2B digital marketing or advertising with a premium brand/product
Confident, driven, and dynamic leader
Experience in Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn including paid media strategies on these platforms
Excellent communication and presentation skills including the ability to interact successfully with diverse individuals at all levels and build effective partnerships
Manage multiple projects and timelines with stakeholders in a smooth and efficient manner
Strategic agility and big idea thinking, combined with a willingness to dive in as needed to get the job done
Excellent project management skills with familiarity with programs such as Basecamp, Google Workspace, Google Analytics, and Dropbox
Can do, innovative attitude
Solution-oriented with demonstrated ability to problem solve
Positive attitude and a strong sense of humor to help foster a fun and creative work environment
Creative and passionate about design, inside and outside the industry
Responsibilities

Requires a forward-thinking, enthusiastic self-starter with the creativity and proven expertise to drive meaningful digital marketing results through email, web, advertising, and social media
You will be responsible for developing a comprehensive digital strategy for our clients across platforms
Paxson Fay is a fast-paced environment and the ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects, and manage against deadlines is essential
The ideal candidate will possess a creative yet analytical mindset, ensuring that campaigns and content strategies are engaging and results-driven
They will also have experience managing scalable digital campaigns and leveraging analytics tools to provide valuable insights and campaign optimization
Develop and execute a clearly defined, consistent digital marketing strategy leveraging SEO/SEM, paid social media, banner, display, retargeting, and affiliate
Manage website and 3rd party partners, identifying customer pain points and opportunity areas, while leveraging Google Analytics to optimize the customer experience
Work closely with executives and PR teams to develop comprehensive launch plans for new products/projects, generate content, and support launches via relevant sales and marketing channels
Collaborate with the PR team for campaign assets – including ad copy, images, video, content, and landing pages
Manage project workflows, timelines, budgets, and resource management, ensuring digital plans, deliverables, and timelines are met
Test, track, and evaluate results of digital marketing initiatives to ensure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, lead conversions, events, etc; determine ROI of initiatives then prioritize resources for continuous program improvement
Foster an environment of frequent cross-functional collaboration and creative problem solving by developing strong working relationships across the organization to achieve company goals and priorities

Reporting to the Principals, the Digital Marketing Manager requires a forward-thinking, enthusiastic self-starter with the creativity and proven expertise to drive meaningful digital marketing results through email, web, advertising, and social media. You will be responsible for developing a comprehensive digital strategy, and connecting with our customers across platforms.

 

Paxson Fay is a fast-paced environment and the ability to juggle and prioritize multiple clients and projects, and manage against deadlines is essential. The ideal candidate will possess a creative yet analytical mindset, ensuring that our website, campaigns, and content strategies are engaging and results-driven. They will also have experience managing the development of websites, scalable digital campaigns, and leveraging analytics tools to provide consumer insights and campaign optimization. Passion for interior design and architecture is a major plus!
